Today the Munich Youth Choirs went along the Viking Trail to St. Anthony and L'Anse aux Meadows. What should we see no more than five minutes after leaving Bird Cove? A couple of great big moose in the trees.
Not only that, once in St. Anthony we were able to see a lot of icebergs through the fog. This made for excellent pictures including those by a reporter from the Northern Pen.
More sight-seeing to come: Following a brief stop in the Fishing Point Emporium the Munich Youth Choirs made their way up to L'Anse aux Meadows to explore the life of the Vikings. Ain't we lucky that the Vikings liked to sing?
Last but not least the Munich Youth Choirs were getting ready to enchant the audience in the Bird Cove community. Here you see them gathering before the concert.
