Wherever the Munich Youth Choirs have been traveling so far we have received very warm welcomes, making us feel at home right away. Our stay in Botwood is yet again a special one as one of the tour organizers and one of the local contacts go back to elementary school days.Following a night of rest we eased in the day. We were able to visit the venues for the concert the Munich Youth Choirs will be giving the next couple days - Trinity United Church in Botwood tonight at 7:00pm and Sacred Heart in Bishop's Falls tomorrow at 7:00pm.
In the afternoon all of us went to the Salmonoid Interpretation Center in Grand Falls - Windsor. This was truly an experience as most of us have never seen Salmon in its natural habitat. A lot of pictures were taken trying to catch the Salmon jumping - they were quite fast! We were lucky enough to finally get one on film.Now we are looking forward to sharing a night of music with the local audience. Check this site for more on tonight's event later.
